Returns Policy

Although we do our utmost to ensure every product sent out are of the highest standard and you are unlikely to experience any issues, returns are accepted for any faulty products or unwanted (unused) items. Please contact me and send the item back within 14 days for a full refund (minus shipping fees).

For faulty items I will pay the return postage. For unwanted items the responsibility of the return postage cost lies with the buyer.

What is considered 'faulty'?

Faults include (but are not necessarily limited to) defects such as loose snap fasteners, broken zips, holes / tears in fabric, incorrect item sent (e.g. size, absorbency rating, etc).

Faults do no include wrong size ordered, excessive wear, items cleaned or maintained outside of the guidance on this site, poor fit, leakage.

What can’t be returned?
Unfortunately, some items are non-returnable.

  • Made to order products, bespoke products which are made as per specific requirements.
  • Feminine hygiene products due to the nature of them.
  • Any facial or body wipes due to hygiene.
  • Any reusable dressings eg : tracheostomy/ gastrostomy pads

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is returnable or not under the "Returns" section of each of the product.
