Shipping Policy

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping also includes packaging materials. It will depend the size and weight of the order. Shipping charges for your order will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

When will my order arrive?

This depends on what shipping you select at checkout. Here's an approximate guide:

  • First class - 1 to 3 days
  • Second class - 2 to 4 days
  • International up to 28 days (6 to 7 days according to Royal Mail)

How quickly will my order be processed?

All "Ready to Ship" orders will be processed within 2 working days (excluding bank holidays). In reality, items are usually processed on the same working day. 

"Made To Order" Items 

"Made to Order" items (as specified by the badge displayed on the product images) can have a turnaround time of up to 3 (usually 0-2 weeks) weeks depending on how busy my shop is.

If you have a particularly big order, I may contact you to confirm timeframe.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Seams 2 Me Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

We highly recommend using one of the tracked / "Signed for" options at checkout to ensure peace of mind when ordering. If your order goes missing and you have not selected one of these options, it limits our options to resolve the issue. I retain all proof of postage regardless of whether tracked or not.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us and, if you selected a "Signed For" option at checkout, will include a tracking number. You can track your order with the courier. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days (domestic) or 28 days (international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order details and we will look into it for you.
