Just two pieces of cloth which wouldn't stay in place..have made similar myself and it doesn't work...waste of my money.. sorry.

I have some of the standard pads and now I got myself a 9" premium one and it is so soft! These (standard and premium) are the best pads I have, I'm yet to have a leak with them even on heavier days. I wear them to the gym, going running, and sleep and they never let me down. And they're absolutely gorgeous

Ive only used this as a cold pack, it worked and cooled me down when i had a hot flush. This is great for travelling too.
